Foam glass is a porous material with a low apparent density and

It concerns especially foam glass with closed pores which are prepared from granules with different diameters or plate with different sizes.

Foam glass may be used in situation when is required excellent termal insulation and sound-absorbing, non-flammable and there is a constant moisturize. It is used in:

• shipbuilding industry,

It may also be a component of highways substrates constructed on wetlands and muddy, and also as sound shields.
